Forbes upgrades Facebook founder's rank from 212th to 52nd.
In 2010, Mark Zuckerberg, aged 26 was worth an estimated $4 billion, until his recent assessment tripled his worth to $13.5 billion.
He isn't the only billionaire at Facebook though. It seems that six of Facebook's founders and investors have been taken to billionaire status alongside him.
Co-founders Dustin Moskovitz, six days younger than Zuckerberg, is Forbes' youngest billionaire, and is joined by original co-founder Eduardo Savarin and investors Sean Parker and Yuti Milner.
Facebook's growth has been substantial, accounting for 42% of the whole US population and valued at over $65 billion after Goldman Sachs and Russian investors from Digital Sky Technologies pumped $500 million into Facebook's bank account.
Mark Zuckerberg remains committed to give much of his wealth to charity.
